Winter Whisky Wednesdays are here! Heralding the return of live events in our Grenier Room, we invite the experts from Shinobu Whisky to take us through a guided flight of four of their Japanese whiskies, perfectly paired with four cheeses from our cabinet.
Shinobu Whisky is hand crafted by creative Master Blender, Mr. Usami. He carefully selects whisky from around the globe and first matures in ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks. It is then finished in precious Japanese Mizunara oak and undergoes further maturing in Japan.
Our cheesemongers will pair four expressions of Shinobu to four bold, standout cheeses – a very warming way to welcome Winter.
This 2-hour ticketed event seats just 40 people in our intimate event space. Tickets are unbelievable value at $60 per person and include a guided tasting of four premium whiskies and four artisan cheeses with our experts.
