A new type of cocktail created through a local cross-industry collaboration between Toyo Coffee and Fujii Sake Brewery. Soaked coffee beans are placed in a base alcohol and carefully extracted for the flavour of the coffee. The result is a new, innovative liqueur with a rich cafe latte taste. The cocktail recipe supervised by the Japan Flair Bartenders Association is reproduced. A slightly aromatic barley Shochu [Fushigiya] is added as a secret ingredient for a rich caf latte flavour. You can enjoy it in many ways, such as on the rocks with ice, hot with milk, or as an adult-flavoured sweet with ice cream.
