Chiyomusubi, founded in 1864 is a premium Japanese distillery located in Tottori Prefecture, Japan. The name Chiyomusubi means eternal bow in Japanese and reflects the distilleries commitment to traditional craftsmanship and the pursuit of perfection. This expressive medium bodied Shochu finishes spicy and dry and should be drank chilled, on the rocks or with hot water. High quality Shochu, that is a perfect expression of excellent well-made spirit. Chiyomusubi Hamanoimota Shochu is known for its smooth and mellow flavour, with a slight sweetness and a hint of earthiness from the sweet potatoes. It is typically served neat or on the rocks, but it can also be used as a base for cocktails.
