The first batch of peated cask strength whisky from the Glasgow Distillery, part of a new range that shows off the brand’s spirit unadulterated. In this case, 1000 bottles were filled with 60.8% ABV peated whisky that was aged initially in virgin American white oak casks before it was finished in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks.

Tasting Notes
Nose Blackberries, stewed plums, pickled walnuts, bitlong, brown sugar, tobacco leaf, damp oak, and bonfire embers.
Palate Burnt coffee beans, dark chocolate, dried fruit, smoky BBQ sauce, flamed orange zest, and caramel.
Finish Black fruit, smoked nuts, soy sauce, and earthy chilli.
