This sake is a new type of sake with a fruity, sweet and sour flavour and a smooth taste, brewed with white peach yeast. It has a taste similar to white wine and can be enjoyed even by those who are not strong drinkers, as it has an alcohol content of 8%. It can be paired with light snacks such as cheese and crackers, as well as spicy dishes.

It won the gold medal in the pure rice sake category at the Feminalise World Wines Competition 2022, and also won a special award at the Monaco SAKE Awards 2022 and a gold medal in the tasting category at the Milan Sake Challenge 2022.
Tasting Notes
