At Fuji Takasago Shuzo, they use the underground water from Mount Fuji. This water has been filtered naturally for a hundred years, and it brings out the unique characteristics of Takasago sake, which has a gentle and slightly sweet taste. Sake has been brewed in Takasago with Mount Fuji since the Edo period.
