About this product

SENJO Craft Gin SAKURA is a craft gin made by a sake brewery in Takato, Shinshu. Based on rice-derived spirits, we used juniper berries and leaves of Takato Ohiganzakura, a variety indigenous to Takato Town, Shinshu.
Enjoy the sweet and gorgeous scent of cherry blossoms and the smooth drinking experience.

Nose:

Gentle cherry blossom scent, refreshing juniper berry aroma, slightly ginjo-like aroma”
Palate: 

Dry mouthfeel, refreshing juniper berry flavour, sweet and long aftertaste of cherry blossoms, complex richness reminiscent of rice
