Produced on the island of Iejima, not far from the main island of Okinawa, this rum is surprising with a fruity nose, on notes of cane juice and exotic fruits. It is clear and fresh in mouth.

In 2011 the distillery was opened and production began for the domestic rum ``Ie Rum Santa Maria,'' which uses only sugar cane from Ie Island. Created by the climate of Ie Island
