The flavour derived from red wine such as raisins and berries and the malty peculiar to Nagahama are in perfect harmony, and you can feel the refreshing orange peel afterwards. In the mouth, the unique sweetness of the grain spreads throughout, but the moderate astringency tightens the whole. Deep, integrated and complex. The colour is reddish and glossy brick. The flavour from red wines such as raisins and berries is in perfect harmony with the unique malt flavour of Nagahama. A refreshing aftertaste of orange peel can be enjoyed. The sweetness of grain carries through the finish with a long, moderate astringent taste. The flavours linger long after the sip.
