A blue natural herb called “Butterfly pea” is added to Junmai Ginjo sake to create a bright indigo colour. No artificial colouring agents are used, the blue sake is made from 100% natural ingredients. In addition, this mysterious blue sake “SEILAN” turns to purple when lemon or lime is added. It is also ideal for making sake cocktails such as Samurai Rock.
