Our expertly curated collection includes 10 and 15 year old varieties of both  Shin and Shinobu Whiskies. 

Master distiller Ken Usami blends global aged whiskies with ancient techniques, finishing them in Mizunara Oak casks to produce distinctive Japanese flavour profiles. Each taste is carefully selected to showcase the depth and complexity of Japanese whisky, ranging from delicate and floral notes to rich, smoky undertones.
